Javed Bhaghani is the President of Biscayne Hospitality, a leading provider of custom furniture to the hospitality industry, specializing in boutique, lifestyle, and luxury hotels. With more than 20 years of experience leading the company and over 30 years operating in an entrepreneurial, sales-driven environment, Javed guides a team of dedicated professionals committed to delivering exceptional service and high-quality products.

Javed began his career working his way up through sales at one of the world’s largest custom clothing manufacturers, ultimately becoming one of their top producers. Drawing on this foundation in sales, client relations, and operations, he set out to build his own company. Founded in 2007, Biscayne Hospitality has grown into a respected custom furniture manufacturer for the hospitality industry, built on the belief that trust is the foundation of lasting success.
Committed to giving back, Javed served on the board of San Diego Junior Achievement and supports several nonprofit organizations, primarily focused on strategic fundraising initiatives. In 2012, he founded the Biscayne Hospitality Foundation, whose mission is to help educate children in the communities where Biscayne does business.
Born in Toronto, Canada, and raised in Houston, Texas, Javed earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Houston. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, cheering at his children’s football games, playing pickleball, traveling the world, reading biographies, and offering coaching and mentorship to young adults.
